Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on BT Broadband

I have a Full Fibre 900 broadband but I can't see anywhere the option to add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which supposedly comes with it! This is what I see where it's supposed to be(?). Can someone please help?

The post didn't help me unfortunately, when clicking on all 4 links to "My BT" in it, I got exactly to the same page I linked in my first post (without an option to add the game pass!). Also I didn't get the email on how to activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, even though my BT Full Fibre Broadband connection is active
