Premium Number

Hi All, I accidently rang BT via a premium number link, costing me £6. Would it be helpful to contact BT re this charge. The waiting times on the phone is so long and don't want to waste my time if they can't help reverse the charge.

I doubt that BT will refund the money for a mistake that you made but you could always try and ask.

The charge is paid to the third party service, not operated by BT so you are unlikely to get a refund.

Calls to BT are charged at the national rate.
