Remove Multiple inactive accounts from MyBT

I have multiple inactive account numbers linked to my BT ID is there a way to remove the inactive accounts so that the only one left is my active one?

We'll be able to help remove the accounts from your BTID so you've just got the one currently active, moving forward. I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages

Hi @JonnyG7188, thanks for getting in touch and the old accounts have been removed from your BTID now.

Please check it's working ok after 24 hrs have passed and let me know if it's working ok for you.
