Hi, I claimed my rewards card on 24/12/22 and I still haven't received it. How do go about chasing this up?

The connection date was 09/01/23.

Hi @ValAlpha the reward card order won't be processed until after your 14-day cooling-off period has finished. I would expect it to be emailed to you later this week.
