Hi all,

I'm looking at renewing/upgrading as my contract ends soon. However, when I go to checkout with my new options it offers me an activation date of tomorrow. Will this mean I'm billed for both for the overlapping period, or does it automatically renew my contract from tomorrow?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @luket1988,

Generally, the new pricing should start from tomorrow which would also start the new contract term from tomorrow onwards. For billing, we normally bill in advance. So, if your bill has already come out you may have been charged from now until the end of your contract. However, on your next bill, you would be credited back on your old contract and then recharged for your new contract prices. This is known as broken period rental.

Thanks
DanielS
