How do I cancel a call plan?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying, unsuccessfully to cancel a Call Plan 500.

I can get to a page where I can upgrade my Call Plan, but not cancel an existing one.

I had the same problem a while ago, trying to cancel BT Sport, and someone here kindly helped. I’m hoping for the same outcome with this problem.

as you have landline and availability to make calls you need to have a call plan. there are only 3 available

If you are wanting to "downgrade" you will need to call BT Customer Service on 0330 1234 150

Why should I have to call on a telephone to cancel something in this day and age?

It all just seems geared up to make people not bother.

Have you spoken with anyone within BT to get the call plan cancelled for you?
