Leaving BT and need to return the kit

Hello

I am leaving BT and had a message to say I need to return the kit. It says that I need to follow the links when I'm signed in but there is nothing showing on my profile for "returning equipment".

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please

Hi, @chatbot1235 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the returns packaging should be posted automatically when your service with BT stops and typically arrives within 7 days. If you need to order a replacement returns bag the link will be visible but only after you've cancelled with BT.
