    <description>&lt;P&gt;do you know if there is an existing BT phone connection in your new rental property so you could get maybe FTTC which would not require any drilling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;unfortunately if you can get a BT connection but landlord won't allow any drilling then looks like you will be charge early termination fee&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 10 months left on my BT subscription. Unfortunately my landlord has given me 2 months notice to move out as he is moving back in with his family. I have found another rental property, but the landlord won't let BT drill any holes for instalation. Can I cancel my subscription without the fees or is it going to cost me a small fortune to cancel?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
