i recently moved but will be coming back to bt . when my houses comes through.i still have my mobile with bt but returned the hub and tv box.i was told i would not be charged to leave bt . now on my bill i have been charged £195.54..bt told me in dec that this would not have to be paid as an advisory rang me confirming this from he's manager.????
