    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's probable that the payment has been ring fenced by your bank bank for the pending payment but if your card has been rejected, the funds should be released back to your general account by the bank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was probably rejected due to new authentication rules that came in last year for online payments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should really speak to your bank and find out why the card was rejected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Subscription not active after payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a payment of 25 pounds for BT sport monthly pass. The payment has been deducted from my bank account , but I got a message from BT that my card has been rejected. Please activate my subscription as payment has already been taken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
