    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve recently subscribed to the BT sports package but I seem to have multiple accounts registered to my profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;therefore, when I try to manage my new account on MyBT it defaults to my old accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone able to assist me with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the confusion around the duplicate accounts associated to your BTID.&amp;nbsp; Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150.&amp;nbsp; One of the guys should be able to help sort this out for you.&lt;/P&gt;
