Cannot claim reward card

I was wondering if anyone can help. Broadband was activated on the 30th January, I keep getting emails about claiming my reward card, but when I click to claim it, there is nothing there. I emailed bt@purecard.com, but they were unable to assist. Does anyone know who I should try and speak to about it?
