Cooling off period

Hi there does anyone know what the cooling off period for the virtual reward card post 1st November.? All the t&c say its available to use once activated but once I activated it a message popped up stating it be ready after cooling off period but no mention of what that period is!

It would have been ready to use 14 days after your BT broadband service was activated.

The important bit - use it or lose it

Once we issue your card you have 12 months to use it. If you don't use it within this time, we'll remove any money that's left on it.

You have three months to activate your card from the time your product or service goes live. If you don't, you'll lose any money that's on the card."
