Moved from EE to BT but cannot access BT sport

Hello. I had broadband through EE for a long time and had signed up for BT sport through that. I moved over to BT about three weeks ago but cannot access BT sport and am stuck. I only have broadband and do not think I signed up for BT TV. I have added the new account to my BT ID but that has not helped. Thank you.

You don't get BT sport just for having bt bb (in fact are you sure it was linked to the bb with EE too & not a separate chargeable item on the bill?) Ultimately if you want to watch it you'll have to subscribe

Hi @richb1, the info from @garybs29 is correct and you'll need to subscribe to get BT Sport.

Thank you, I figured it out. The BT Sport link was with my mobile contract with EE and not my Broadband with EE, the mobile contract is still EE so clearly not BT. Thanks for your help, the answer is always obvious when you see it!
