BT Rewards (Yet to receive)

Hi,

I had singed up for BT way back in Novemeber'22. As part of joining, I was offered a BT reward of £ 110, which i claimed from my account as well.

However I never received any voucher neither in email nor by post.

Any one in the same boat? How do I get this sorted?

We should have emailed you details about the reward card after you claimed it.

Can you double check your emails spam folder just in case it's sitting in there?

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response. Have already checked my Spam folder and trash. It is not there.

I was under the assumption that the reward will be issues after 3 months.

Could you please check and re send the reward card please?
