I am in the process of switching my mobile from bt sim only to EE sim only.

I have got halo 3 with bt broadband full fibre 100.

Why am I loosing broadband back up { free mobile data if your broadband goes down)

Mobile contract is separate from broadband contract .

I have still got a EE mini hub which bt sent me when my broadband was

down . BT & EE deals are so confusing now., agents pushing deals over the phone

like the one for switching to EE.

Hi @helzapoppin,

You still have broadband backup. As your mobile is no longer with BT you wouldn't be getting the free mobile data to your phone, should your connection go down. However, as you have Halo, you will get one of our 4g mini hubs should your connection go down.
