Broadband No Phone?

What does it mean when it says Broadband but no phone exactly? Would there still be line rental to pay?

Depends on type of broadband being offered but I assume this is FTTC based so you still have a copper phone line and it means that the copper line will provide VDSL based broadband over the copper pair but it will not offer voice dialing telephone service.

You will still pay line rental but you'll find this will typically be bundled in the total price when compared to voice and broandband there will typically be a slight decrease but not massive due to the lack you still need a telephone line to provide this type of broadband which needs to be rented [repaired/managed etc.].

When BT talk about a landline they mean a landline phone.

All broadband packages regardless of whether it is Copper or Fibre include line rental in the price of the package. It is not billed separately and can not be done away with.

If you elect to have a "landline" with your broadband package it means that you will have a phone and you will pay for a "call package" which includes the phone line rental.

So if I chose the option BT Full Fibre 100 for £30.99 (no phone) I won't have to pay any extra for line rental?

you still pay line rental but that is included in package price just you cannot make or receive landline calls

That is correct.

There is no additional line rental no matter which package you choose. Line rental with or without a phone is now included in the full package price of which ever product you select.
