It's not something to be worried about but I'll send you a private message so you can send over your details to the moderation team and we'll be able to delete the unwanted BT ID to stop any duplication.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>I get two "Your bill is ready" emails each month</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I only have a&amp;nbsp;premium email account, but I get two emails each month telling me my bill is ready. They each confirm the correct account number but the BT ID is different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
