No option to cancel bt sports monthly pass on website

Good evening

I am frustratingly trying to cancel my bt sport monthly package on the website .I have logged in ,gone to bt sport monthly package - but no option to cancel it !! , i have rang the customer service number ,but been on hold for 50 MINUTES !! , no option to email you , any help would be greatly appreciated please .
