    <description>&lt;P&gt;What part hasn't be provided ? were you moving from copper (ADSL) to FTTC or FTTP ?&lt;BR /&gt;Halo gives extra benefits, automatic compensation is provided when a change of technology is done, upgrading to Halo on the same type of broadband doesn't fall into automatic compensation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We ordered upgrade to Halo in Dec. and still waiting for it to be fulfilled, i was told i would be compensated Line rental costs for the duration of the delay but this has not been applied to my bills. Anyone know what i am entitled to? thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You would need to wait until the service has been installed before any compensation would be credited.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That would count from &lt;STRONG&gt;the day you were promised activation&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
