Following a protracted discussion on Line Rental Saver on another thread I have just taken a look at the email received from BT when I renewed my own Line Rental Saver last year it points you to the link:

The information on this page is no longer correct and adds to the confusion of Line Rental Saver.

I tried reporting this error using chat but gave up after a couple of minutes.

Is this something the mods could take on board to have the above page corrected plus also a related page at:

https://www.bt.com/help/landline/getting-set-up/bt-line-rental-saver ?
