Blue light card reward not showing when trying to check out

Hi, I visited BT site through the blue light card site. I got to checkout but the reward card that was on the blue light card site has not loaded. I spoke to someone from BT on the phone who advised me to come here.

Please advise how I can get the Blue light card reward, I am waiting to order.

You can not request a moderator to deal with this. If they read your post and feel they can help they will post on your thread.

Normally you need to be out of the cooling off period before any discount or money back cards are paid out.

As this order would be placed via the Blue Light website, this might need to be raised via them.

We can look into something like this, once an order is placed and chase it up for you. However, if you are concerned the reward isn't being applied correctly as part of the order it might be worthwhile using the contact us link for Blue Light to get your concerns addressed before submitting anything.
