Reward card

I can’t get my £70 reward card it won’t let me get through online it goes to basic screen can’t get through on telephone How do you get it ??!

Hi @elliott607, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Do you have more than one account showing under your BTID as that could be the cause?
