      <title>Due a refund but have cancelled my Direct Debit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently switched from BT and have had the last portion of my final bill credited to my account, the issue is that I removed my Direct Debit as I wasn't expecting to be billed and then refunded. Now when I go to add a Direct Debit I get the below error message. &lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting about the refund. As you've cancelled the direcet bedit the refund will be sent as a cheque to your last billing address (unless you've asked for it to be sent elsewhere).&lt;/P&gt;
