    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are a new customer to BT you will not have the option to create a BT email address even after you create a BTID. This option was done away with for new customers in October 2022.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to create an email address from an email provider such as gmail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up an account on line but there is no email address linked to this, so it will not let me create a BT ID as it has no email to verify this.&amp;nbsp; How do I get round this as there is no way of adding an email address until I create my BT ID!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
