What equipment do I return

Hello,

leaving BT and have my bag to return kit.

Is it just the router or do I include the open reach modem and digital voice phone handset ?

Hi @crazygoldfish, thanks for your post.

Check out How to return and recycle your BT equipment for free | BT Help for the equipment that we charge for if not returned. From the equipment you've mentioned only the BT Hub (router) that would need to be returned.

If you don't want to keep the other equipment you can return that also in the same bag so it can be recycled.

Hi @crazygoldfish There should be a list with serial numbers in Track my Orders for the chargeable items. I personally would hang on to the phone, you never know …
