Still awaiting reward card - any ideas?

Hi, my account has been active for just over two weeks now, in fact it was two weeks as of yesterday, and although I clamied the card reward asap, it's still not been sent to my email.

If I check the claim page, it says bt are still waiting for the cooling off period, but I was told this was two weeks, so should have been today.

Any ideas? Is this normal and I haven't waited long enough?

I am sorry for the confusion. The cooling off period is 14 days so you're right there. If you haven't received it by the end of this week post back and we'll chase it for you.

Thanks. It's now mid-day friday and still no further emails regarding the award card, I appreciate you chasing it down for me, unless it's too soon obviously.
