Where is the link to request a return bag?

I have left BT. I got an email that I should go online, log in to my account and request a return bag but cannot find the link anywhere.

There is not a link. BT in their usually way have forgotten to add one.

A moderator will post on this thread and offer to send you one.

A link is supposed to appear in MyBT when equipment return is required but sadly it rarely does and no matter how many requests of this kind there are on this forum it seems that BT do Sweet Football Association about it.

Have you checked your My BT home page on the website? I was asked to return some equipment and this appeared on my home page.

The link has now appeared for me - though only on desktop not on mobile.

Requested a bag, though will have to chase BT on why they seem to want equipment with different serial numbers to what I have.

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.
