    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently called BT to cancel, and while on the same call I moved over to EE (as the companies are now merging/working together)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While on that call I:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Cancelled BT broadband&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Registered for EE broadband&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Upgraded my EE phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE ask me to return my old phone, and the next day I received a returns kit bag.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know BT would also want their equipment back so I put in all my BT equipment, as well as my EE phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I didn't realise this was incorrect, and that EE and BT returns are not the same place. I sent the phone handset to BT rather then EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now Im being charged by EE, and no one at BT can tell me what happened to my handset. Surely they should return it to me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you provide any contact details for the closest processing centre to bristol, or the one that tracking number&amp;nbsp;QY621054076GB went to so I can contact the team who received my equipment and arrange a return?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a customer to customer forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to see where and when your package was delivered to for yourself by using that reference number on the Royal Mail tracking site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should only have placed the requested equipment in the returns bag&lt;/P&gt;</description>
