Halo 3+ and complete wifi question

So my old broadband package is ending which was fibre 100 halo 1 with complete wifi.

I just signed up for a new package today, just looked at the email of what it was and it includes halo 3+ which i was not told to me on the call.

Can someone confirm to me if i can get complete wifi without halo 3+ and if i do what services would i lose not being on it.

I still have 14 days to change my new contract.

Halo 3+ gives you all the benefits of previous Halo plan plus some more, it also includes Complete Wi-Fi and the Hybrid Connect included at no extra cost.
