Refer A Friend Gift Cards Not Arrived

Hello,

I had an email arrive on the 10th of January saying that my refer a friend has been successful and the gift card should be on the way. It is now the 27th of March and still no gift card can you advise please?

Are you the customer who was referred or did you refer a new customer?

I Was The One Who Referred a new customer, Both Have Bills Currently going and paid.

I Called Customer Services A Week Ago Got Told To Call Another Number Who Said They Don't Deal With It So This Is Only Other Option I Have To Get To The Source
