Does the contract start on installation or when you sign up?

I am planning on ordering the 900Mb service. I see that prices are due to go up on the 1st of April and the price can go up mid contract. I wonder if any one knows if I place an order now at the current offer price for a 24 month contract, if I would be subject to a price rise even though I won’t be connected by the 1st of April?

Hi, @Typhoons welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the contract doesn't start until the activation date. If you order today your first annual price increase would be next year on 30/03/24
