Save Money Upgrade Deal

Hey guys.

Hope all is well. I just discovered today that I would save £7.77 per month if I upgraded my package and Im on 60 down and 18 up and my new price per month would be £53.99.

My question is that when I go to order and upgrade my package by accepting this offer. Would I pay an extra £53 just now or would nothing happen until my next bill payment comes along and just so I'm not paying twice.

Hi @colinreidcr,

Providing you are upgrading your active open BT account, and not setting up a new account, you wouldn't be charged twice. If you already have a bill out, you would be charged on the current price up to a certain date. When the next bill comes out, it will backdate the difference between the two packages to the changeover date.
