    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I called BT around 4-5 days ago to get Full Fibre, as my account was bugged (BTs system is messed up I think.) they had to cancel my current account and give me a new one so I can get a full fibre package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the thing is, they've forgotten to shut my current account, I keep on getting emails about my Full Fibre package but I can't actually track the order or see my new account because my old account was never shut down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did call BT customer service and they did nothing unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the account was closed down your broadband would stop working though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I can gather what you mean you can add a 2nd account to a BT id to track it that way or if a different BT id setup a new my bt id as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
