    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just signed up for fibre broadband and when i sign into My BT i am seeing both an old account number (from years ago i presume) as well as the new account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is i cannot switch to the new account number as there is no dropdown in some areas so it keeps defaulting to the old account and i cannot see the details of the new account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there somewhere i can remove this old account or can someone at BT do this for me?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Andy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the problems you're having with your BTID.&amp;nbsp; I understand there is an older account on there.&amp;nbsp; My colleagues in the helpdesk should be able to get that sorted for you.&amp;nbsp; You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.&lt;/P&gt;
