Pestered to Return Box I returned on 27/02/2023

I returned the BT Box on 27/02/2023. I have proof of posting but feel threatened by BT at being charged £140.00 for non return on 18/06/2023. Fed up with these regular demands. What can I do please?

I am sorry that you're still receiving the reminders to return the equipment. I understand from your comments that this was returned in February. Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150 with your proof of postage and the team will mark the equipment as returned.

Thanks for your help. I tried that number in the past but didn’t know what option to choose. This time I chose any old option and got put through to one of your colleagues. Very helpful, security checked, bar code accepted and problem solved.
