Can't claim reward card

When I click on email link to claim reward card it logs me in. I select the account number and a blank page with just a header and footer comes up.

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting!

I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card. Strange issue! Have you tried a different browser to see if you have any joy that way? Post back and let me know how you get on. If you're still having the same problem we'll give you a hand from here.
