How do I remove 2 old accounts? I am seeing 3 in total

Hi, I have spoken to multiple people in technical support but I’m not getting any where. When I log into BT I see two accounts, my existing and an old one. The old one has been delete/removed by Support but still shows. When I try and change my flexible TV package I then see 3 accounts 🤕🤯 and it doesn’t let me change my package. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Bobochanel I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with the accounts in MyBT. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderators and we'll get that looked into.

Hi @Bobochanel, have you had a chance to log in and check that the MyBT is working ok now and the other accounts removed?
