&lt;P&gt;First check that the email address you are using is the BTID registered email address and check you've claimed the account holder status:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Log in to MyBT&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Your account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Scroll down and you'll see if you're an Account holder&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click on the &lt;STRONG&gt;I should be the Account holder&lt;/STRONG&gt; link and follow the steps&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp; unfortunately when I sign into my BT it bypasses Dasboard etc and straight to email&lt;/P&gt;</description>
