Hi I returned my tv box and this has been tracked as received on the 23/03/2023, but it is still showing as awaiting return

Hi @destination, thanks for getting back to me.

There will be no charge for the equipment raised. The account will now close and you should receive a refund of the credit balance in the next 7 days if the direct debit was not cancelled.
