    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned my BT Hub on the 3rd April (Royal Mail Tracking Ref:&amp;nbsp;QXXXXXXXGB), but it doesn't appear to have progressed the the Royal Mail network.&amp;nbsp; I have been back to the post office to confirm that it was collected, but I'm unable to progress any further without raising a claim. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is still in the Royal Mail system there is nothing you can do except chase it up with Royal Mail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may be that BT have the item and that Royal Mail have not update their system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it has been delivered it is presently taking BT four weeks to update accounts after items have been returned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can ether wait until your account is updated or if you prefer you can call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Tracking details and they will update your account for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
