Return kit not acknowledged

I returned a wi-fi disc as I changed my broadband package. It was delivered on 26th March via tracked delivery, QZ447681979GB, but I still keep getting emails asking me to return the item. This is now over the 3 weeks suggested processing time. I don't want to get charged for this item and the email is a no-reply one. How do I get someone to acknowledge receipt?

You can call us on 0330 1234 150 with the tracking information and our customer services team will be able to do this for you.
