How long to wait for free Xbox Game Pass code to arrive?

I'm new customer to BT and had 500mb FTTP installed yesterday morning. I received an email from BT later that afternoon to say order is complete.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me typically how long you normally have to wait before receiving email for xbox game pass code and how to redeem it?

Are we talking hours, or several days?

There is nothing in MyBT about the free pass.

Hi @bill888 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Please log in to MyBT on a web browser and not the app, click Your Products then scroll down to the content partners section and you should be able to clam the game pass.

Post back and let me know how you get on.

I don't seem to see a 'Content Partners' section when using Chrome web browser.

Am I looking in the correct place?

MyBT says my next payment will be made on or after 26th April 2023.

I don't think any other payment has been taken since I signed up on 3rd April. I chose to add cost of hub delivery to first bill.

I will check bank account but I think payment on 26th April will be the first payment.

Update: I just downloaded bill. It says 'First bill' for 26th April.

After exchanging messages with yourself and later with DanielS, I believe the outcome was to arrange to send me an xbox reward card to resolve the issue.

Very late last night, I received 6 mth free xbox game pass ultimate email, and I can now see Contents Partner in MyBT.

The notification arrived in less than 3 days after BT 500mb FTTP was installed as a new customer.
