      <title>Returning of kit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently left BT and returned my old hub as requested a month ago but they keep sending me messages saying that they haven't had it back and are going to charge a penalty fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to get BT to acknowledge that they've had the kit back? I have tracking details from Royal Mail confirming that I posted it on 22/03/23.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is presently taking about four weeks for accounts to be updated by BT after they have received returned items.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can either wait the four weeks or call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Postage and they should be able to update your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
