Claiming my reward

I can't seem to claim my reward - each time I click the Claim Your Reward button in the email it doesn't direct me to be able to claim it. I hope someone can help with this please.

Hi @Lisatipper, sorry you can't claim your reward.
Are you showing as the Account Holder on your BTID?
Do you have any other accounts on your BTID?

I am the account holder and I don't believe I have other accounts.
