Hi,

Please can somebody point me in the right direction to get the link to return equipment, I have a couple of weeks left until I transfer but I can not see where to request the returns bag. I appreciate this topic is well covered but still can’t see a link for it.

The link only becomes available when your transfer has taken place and BT request that you send items back.

How to return and recycle your BT equipment for free | BT Help

If you want to send the items back sooner you can call BT 0330.1234.150 they will send a returns bag out to you.
