    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told by BT that the hybrid connect was just temporary until the full broadband was installed and that after that point I wouldn’t be charged. It’s not being used so I shouldn’t still be being charged for it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still being charged for hybrid connect despite fibre broadband being installed on 1st March. Never received any packaging to return the hub and the engineer told me to just keep it. How can I return/get a refund for the overpayment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not just available with Halo 3+ you can also add a hybrid connect separately on your broadband package for £7 a month we currently have it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
