      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently came back to BT after I wasn't too impressed with the provider I was with before, however my account is still showing the old account number and showing I don't have broadband etc and I can't find the option to get my game pass activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can only see my new account if I go to the bill page and theres a little drop box menu to select my new account, this dropbox box doesn't appear on the products page etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will this fix itself since I came back to BT within 3 weeks?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
