I can't even chat to support as a button never shows..

'A 'Message now' button will appear in a few moments during opening hours.'

I've tried Firefox, Brave and Chrome on a Windows 11 machine. Doesn't work on my Android phone either. What happened to the good old email for support?

Hi Paft, sorry you aren't getting the 'Message Now' button appearing. I've checked now and it's is available.
Alternatively you can call on 0330 1234 150 and speak with the email technical issue or outline your issue here and the community may be able to help you.

Is it supposed to show straight away? What browser did you use?

Even in private windows with Tor it doesn't work.

Looks like I have little choice but to call. It isn't ideal though.

Hi @Paft, thanks for getting back to me. I'm using Edge. Do you have a pop up blocker? That may be the cause. Or all the operators may be busy at present.

I get the same problem. I see the button but when I click on it nothing happens. I've tried vanilla chrome and Safari - nothing seems to work. It has been like this for weeks for me. In case it matters, I am currently in the US and am trying to get a new BT broadband service running in the UK.
