bill reminder

I usually receive a bill reminder at the beginning of the month , my last reminder was March, has BT stopped sending reminders? quite inconvenient.

Reminders are still being issued; I got the usual "Your bill is ready" email on the due date of 27 April.

I was getting two bill reminders a month, one used just a string of digits as the user name. One of the Mods was looking into it for me, now I don't get a message at all.
